I had a blast playing with DecoArt’s Traditions Texture Medium. I haven’t had the opportunity to use it before today and I made sure I took time out to use it on my project to celebrate my ancestors. I will have to find more things to use their Texture Medium on in order to add interest to my mixed media pieces so that I can get more familiar with its use and come up with some exciting ways for you to use it in your projects too.
Here is a picture of the final project. Sorry it’s blurry and it really doesn’t do the project justice, but I only have my cell phone available for picture taking right now. Below, you will find two videos that show me as I put together the mixed media canvas. If the videos do not appear on your screen, please refresh your browser window. I hope you enjoy this quick, easy and fun project which honors my ancestors.
